Rock Hill Nutrition constantly reviews products, both from online (forums and review sites) and from local customer feedback. At Rock Hill Nutrition, we actually use many of the products we sell and workout in the local gyms as well, something many other nutrition store owners and employees do not do. In addition to the reviews we receive, we can tell you how the products worked for us, how it tastes, how it mixes, and the results we received from many of the products we sell.  We do not want to simply sell nutritional products, but wants to ensure the customer gets the desired results from the products they purchase. We do not engage in trend products or well-marketed products that have no actual research behind them. We will leave that up to the unscrupulous competitors willing to sell anything in a bottle as long as there is demand for it. Just remember, just because a product sells, DOES NOT mean it works.
